When did Moses Receive the 10 Commandments?

Please learn about Day Dots and the Advantages of Day of Year format before proceeding any further.

On the first day of the third month after the Israelites left Egypt—on that very day—they came to the Desert of Sinai.
(This is day 🟢 061)

DSS
4Q266 Frag. 11 vs 17

And all {those who live in} camps shall convene on the third month and curse those who stray from the Law to the right {or to the left.}

And let them be ready for the third day. For on the third day the Lord will come down upon Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.

(This is day 🟣 063)

Moses ascends the Mountain on the Sabbath

Now the glory of the Lord rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud.
(This is day ⚫ 067 which is both the seventh day of the week and the seventh day of the month)

So Moses went into the midst of the cloud and went up into the mountain. And Moses was on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
(This is day 🟤 107, the 16th of Quadsum)

67+40=107

The Seder Olam Rabah states that he descended on the 17th of Tamuz. This is close.

The Book of Jubilees describes Moses receiving the Torah on the 15th of Sivan(Trispring). This is day 🟢 075 which is indeed the Feast of Wheat in the Dead Sea Scrolls. Go back forty days and it is day 🟣 035 which is always on a Tuesday. The children of Israel are still in Egypt at this time so this proposal has two strikes against it.

The Seder Olam Rabah which is connected to Rabbinic tradition states in chapter 6 that Moses comes down the mountain the second time on the 10th of Tishri, which was Yom Kippur. This is the only logical explanation for Yom Kipur being the only Feast to end in the evening. Moses fasted forty days and forty nights. Yom Kipur is day 🌺 192. Forty days prior is day 🟢 152 the first of Sixsum - a month head.

This is logical and the reason we use a mountain as a symbol for our Month Heads because day 🟠 274 the tops of mountains were seen in the Great Deluge(Gen. 8:5). This is why Aaron went up to Mount Hor on day 🌺 122 to die(Num. 33:38). It's a day of special announcements as Moses addresses Israel on day 🌺 304(Deu.1:3).

Both times Moses ascends and descends fit perfectly in this calendar. It also shows that the giving of the Torah has no connection to the Feast of Wheat because forty days prior to that is a Tuesday. It also has no connection to the flood as the forty days of rain began on a Sunday.

Rabbinic tradition states that Moses receives the Torah on the sixth of Sivan and descends the mountain on the 17th of Tamuz. Both instances are exactly 1 day off. I find this adds credibility to the Zadok Priestly Calendar - named GPC for modern and secular usage.

The utility of these ancient semitic stories is that it demonstrates how effective the calendar is at pinpointing events accurately. It really is remarkable.
