Everything in the universe vibrates.
- Human Brain Frequency: 7.5 Hz (Alpha wave range, associated with relaxation, closed eyes)
- Earth’s Natural Frequency (Schumann Resonance): 7.83 Hz
As you can see the human brain and the earth operate at close to the same frequencies.
The natural resonance of a healthy human body is 65-75 mHz but according to Dr. Yellen the signature frequency of the human body is 100 mHz.
Dr. Yellen’s study
Fabrics lower than 100 mHz drain the body of energy and fabrics higher than 100 mHz give energy to the body. Silk and Polyester is 10 mHz. Organic Cotton is around 100 mHz and linen and wool are the highest frequencies of all fabrics at 5000 mHz. Mixing the two will cancel each other out however.
