Prayer Times Across Faiths: A GPC Antidote

Introduction

My name is Hanokh. The earlier part of my life was spent in atheistic West Coast America. What I know about Germanic society is that it weaponizes everyone's culture against you—it doesn't matter if it's your culture or someone else's, it gets turned into a weapon. GPC offers the antidote.

Here is a list of prayer times in Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism. Note: all these faiths use temporal hours except for the Syrian Eastern Orthodox Christians, who are the first that I'm aware of to make the leap to equinoctial hours.

Prayer times are adjusted in all religions according to the Eastern Orthodox Christians, who trace their system back to King David. The three Abrahamic faiths and even the Hindus have a morning, noon, and evening prayer.

They all have a ninth-hour prayer. The body does not release cortisol at that time as it does at the 3rd, 6th, and 12th hours. Coffee is best consumed at the 3rd and 8th hours (exactly halfway through the day).

Since our bodies naturally release cortisol at the 3rd, 6th, and 12th hours, we structure breakfast, lunch, and dinner around these times. Since our bodies don't release cortisol at the 9th hour, most religions pray at this time or take a siesta, as it also happens to be the hottest hour.

The Hindus actually see their prayers as beginning at dawn, just like the Qumranites, despite their liturgical calendar being lunar-solar. All the others, even the Syrians, tend to start their count at dusk because of lunar calendar influence.

N.B. I linked psalms for my own benefit.
