Leap Week
Every seven years a week is added to keep the Global Perennial Calendar in sync with the seasons and seven day weekly cycle. This occurs at the end of every Sabbatical.
It's interesting that in the Gregorian, Samaritan and GPC calendar if the year is divisible by 7 then it is a Sabbatical year. For instance 2030 is a Sabbatical year because 7 goes into it 290 times.
This trick doesn't work for January and February because the GPC calendar starts in the spring and not the dead of winter like in the Gregorian calendar.
The seven day weekly cycle actually originates from ancient Judea probably during the era of King Solomon when the Phoenicians ruled. ¿Do you remember? I think every human on planet earth has a vague memory of this somewhere in that coconut. It's in your blood! It's the last time we were all connected. That's why there's a giant Hebrew decalogue in New Mexico — the Los Lunas Decalogue Stone. That's the Americas, and Phoenician aka Hebrew artifacts are all over Europe.
The Phoenicians had many Gods. They only cared about business. We should be focused on systems. The world adopted the weekly cycle and the word for Saturday all across the globe sounds similar to Shabat. Idk what happened but the Qumran Calendar just was not fully adopted. Over the next thousand years it began to die. The Jewish Sects after their brothers of the Northern Kingdom were sold into slavery by the Assyrians became more and more Hellenized until only the Qumran Sect preserved it. Here we are today 3,000 years from Solomon and 2,000 years from first century ancient Judea.

Intercalations
So we actually have many people from all walks of life meaning a multitude of identities out there reading and interpreting the Dead Sea Scrolls. Many have started keeping the Calendar and have recognized the need to intercalate. Enough data has been created as a result of this. Through painstaking research we have deduced the most scientifically accurate way of keeping the Calendar in line. It is every 7 / 49 / 70 years.
There actually is a logical reason for having a Priestly Cycle. It creates an element of chance. What this allows us to do is name the years according to which Priest's Cycle began the year. This is exactly what was done to the numerical weekday cycle. The ancient Indian text Surya Siddhanta says to arrange the planets from slowest to fastest. Next make a list of the 24 hours in the day and then assign each hour a planet as per the sequence. When you reach the bottom carry over to the next day until 7 columns exist. Lastly name the day of week according to the header planet of each column. Walla! That's how you go from the Numerical to Planetary convention. The same can be done with the Jubilees in GPC. Only I prefer the numerical system. I like numbers with all aspects of time. Having used various conventions I know that it is more efficient. I always wondered how the real Sunday when the sun was created which is now Wednesday switched from the fourth day of the week to the first day of the week. This is how.

יש בפועל אנשים רבים מכל תחומי החיים — כלומר שפע זהויות — שקוראים ומפרשים את מגילות ים המלח. רבים התחילו לשמור את הלוח והכירו בצורך לעבר. נוצר מספיק מידע כתוצאה מזה. במחקר מדוקדק הגענו לדרך המדעית המדויקת ביותר לשמור את הלוח מיושר: כל 7 / 49 / 70 שנים.

हर सात वर्षों में एक सप्ताह जोड़ा जाता है ताकि ग्लोबल पेरिनियल कैलेंडर ऋतुओं और सात-दिवसीय साप्ताहिक चक्र के साथ मेल खाता रहे। यह हर शमितीय वर्ष के अंत में होता है।
दिलचस्प बात यह है कि ग्रेगोरियन, सामरी और GPC कैलेंडर में यदि वर्ष 7 से विभाज्य हो तो वह शमितीय वर्ष है। उदाहरण: 2030 शमितीय वर्ष है क्योंकि 7 उसमें 290 बार समाता है।
यह तरकीब जनवरी और फरवरी के लिए काम नहीं करती, क्योंकि GPC कैलेंडर वसंत से शुरू होता है, ग्रेगोरियन की तरह सर्दियों के बीच से नहीं।

जीवन के हर क्षेत्र के बहुत से लोग — यानी अनेक पहचानें — मृत सागर की पाण्डुलिपियाँ पढ़ और समझ रहे हैं। कई लोगों ने कैलेंडर रखना शुरू किया है और अंतर्वेशन की आवश्यकता पहचानी है। इससे पर्याप्त डेटा बना है। सूक्ष्म शोध से हमने कैलेंडर को संरेखित रखने का सबसे वैज्ञानिक ढंग निकाला है: हर 7 / 49 / 70 वर्ष।
याजकीय चक्र रखने का एक तार्किक कारण है। यह संयोग का तत्व बनाता है। इससे हम वर्षों का नाम उस याजक चक्र के अनुसार रख सकते हैं जिससे वर्ष शुरू हुआ। ठीक यही संख्यात्मक सप्ताह-दिन चक्र के साथ किया गया था। प्राचीन भारतीय ग्रंथ सूर्य सिद्धांत कहता है ग्रहों को सबसे धीमे से सबसे तेज़ क्रम में रखो। फिर दिन की 24 घंटों की सूची बनाओ और क्रम के अनुसार प्रत्येक घंटे को एक ग्रह दो। नीचे पहुँचकर अगले दिन ले जाओ जब तक 7 स्तंभ न बन जाएँ। अंत में प्रत्येक स्तंभ के शीर्ष ग्रह के नाम पर सप्ताह का दिन रखो। बस! संख्यात्मक से ग्रहीय रीति ऐसे बनती है। GPC के जूबिली के साथ भी यही किया जा सकता है। पर मुझे संख्यात्मक प्रणाली पसंद है। समय के हर पहलू में मुझे संख्याएँ अच्छी लगती हैं। कई रीतियाँ इस्तेमाल करने के बाद मैं जानता हूँ कि यही अधिक कुशल है। मैं हमेशा सोचता था कि असली रविवार — जब सूर्य बनाया गया, जो अब बुधवार है — सप्ताह के चौथे दिन से पहले दिन कैसे बन गया। इसी तरह।

Semana bisiesta
Cada siete años se añade una semana para mantener el Calendario Perenne Global sincronizado con las estaciones y el ciclo semanal de siete días. Esto ocurre al final de cada año sabático.
Es interesante que en el calendario gregoriano, samaritano y GPC, si el año es divisible por 7, es un año sabático. Por ejemplo, 2030 es sabático porque 7 cabe 290 veces.
Este truco no funciona para enero y febrero porque el calendario GPC empieza en primavera y no en pleno invierno como el gregoriano.
El ciclo semanal de siete días proviene de la antigua Judea, probablemente en la era del rey Salomón, cuando gobernaban los fenicios. ¿Lo recuerdas? Intercalaciones
Hay mucha gente de todos los ámbitos —una multitud de identidades— leyendo e interpretando los Rollos del Mar Muerto. Muchos ya guardan el Calendario y han reconocido la necesidad de intercalar. Con eso se ha creado suficiente información. Con investigación minuciosa dedujimos la forma más científicamente precisa de mantener el Calendario alineado: cada 7 / 49 / 70 años.
Hay una razón lógica para el Ciclo Sacerdotal. Crea un elemento de azar. Así podemos nombrar los años según el ciclo sacerdotal que inició el año. Exactamente eso se hizo con el ciclo numérico de los días de la semana. El texto indio antiguo Surya Siddhanta dice ordenar los planetas del más lento al más rápido. Luego hacer una lista de las 24 horas del día y asignar a cada hora un planeta según la secuencia. Al llegar al final se continúa al día siguiente hasta que existan 7 columnas. Por último se nombra el día de la semana según el planeta de cabecera de cada columna. ¡Voilà! Así se pasa de la convención numérica a la planetaria. Lo mismo se puede hacer con los Jubileos en GPC. Solo que yo prefiero el sistema numérico. Me gustan los números en todos los aspectos del tiempo. Tras usar varias convenciones sé que es más eficiente. Siempre me pregunté cómo el domingo real —cuando se creó el sol, que ahora es miércoles— pasó del cuarto día de la semana al primero. Así.
